BetterTelnet

BetterTelnet is a significantly enhanced version of the now abandoned NCSA Telnet client for Macintosh. All configuration options from NCSA Telnet are still in BetterTelnet, which features a redesigned interface that is easier to use and configure. The program also fixes a few NCSA bugs, including a glaring one that garbled the first lines sent to non&endash;port 23 hosts. In addition, BetterTelnet also supports pseudo line mode, which means you can edit what you type on hosts that don't exactly conform to Telnet standards.

BetterTelnet is available in both PPC and 68k versions. The BetterTelnet 2.0b1 is a beta version, although newer, may contain bugs.
